List quarantined items

• -listquarantine: List quarantined items and give ability to un-quarantine some of them (see below)

Un-quarantine items

Upon quarantine listing, a choice is given with opportunity to un-quarantine items, with cherry-picking. Use the up/down arrows and press enter in front of an item to select/unselect it for un-quarantining. Once everything properly selected, hit enter to apply. If no item is selected, nothing happens.
