In dieser Vereinbarung verwenden wir einige verkürzte Begriffe. Hier ist, was sie bedeuten:

  • Herausgeber: Adlice Software, das sind wir.
  • Software: Das Softwareprogramm, das wir in compilierter Form bereitstellen.

  VEREINBARUNG

  • Kostenlose Version: Diese Version ist kostenlos für persönliche Nutzung, gemeinnützige Organisationen und Bildungszwecke. Sie können sie in CD-ROM/DVD-ROM-Distributionen einbinden, dürfen aber nicht dafür bezahlen. Sie können sie frei verteilen, sofern sie unverändert bleibt.

6. DATENERFASSUNG

Die Software kann anonyme interne Daten sammeln, einschließlich Informationen zur Malware-Erkennung, und diese zur Analyse an uns senden. Diese Funktion kann in der Premium-Version deaktiviert werden. Durch die Nutzung der kostenlosen Version stimmen Sie dieser Datenerfassung zu.

7. DATENHOCHLADEN UND ANALYSE

Durch die Nutzung der Software erkennen Sie an und stimmen zu, dass bestimmte Dateien, einschließlich ausführbarer Dateien, zur Analyse auf unsere Server hochgeladen werden können, um Sicherheitsbedrohungen zu identifizieren und die Software zu verbessern. Diese Dateien können mit Drittanbietern geteilt werden, um die Sicherheitsmaßnahmen zu verbessern. Alle Daten werden gemäß unserer Datenschutzrichtlinie und der geltenden Datenschutzgesetze behandelt.

8. LIZENZIERUNG

Die Premium-Version der Software wird basierend auf der während des Kaufs angegebenen Anzahl von Geräten lizenziert. Jeder Lizenzschlüssel kann die Nutzung der Software auf mehreren Geräten autorisieren, je nachdem, wie viele Geräte zum Zeitpunkt des Kaufs dem Lizenzschlüssel zugeordnet sind. Dies schließt Hardware-Partitionen und virtuelle Maschinen ein, die als separate Geräte betrachtet werden. Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Anzahl der Geräte, die die Software verwenden, die durch Ihren Lizenzschlüssel autorisierte Anzahl nicht überschreitet.

9. COMMUNITY-FEEDBACK

Durch Aktivieren der Funktion „Community Feedback” in „UCheck” (in jeder Version) stimmen Sie zu, dass die Software bestimmte Daten von Ihrem Computer sammelt. Dies umfasst Informationen wie die Liste der installierten Software, ihre Versionsnummern, Firmennamen und Installationsorte. Die gesammelten Daten werden anonymisiert, um Ihre Privatsphäre zu schützen, und werden ausschließlich zur Verbesserung unserer Dienste und der Funktionalität der Software verwendet. Sie werden nicht für kommerzielle Zwecke verwendet oder an Dritte für Marketing-Zwecke weitergegeben. Sie können diese Funktion jederzeit über die Einstellungen der Software deaktivieren.
