Voici ce qu&#8217;ils signifient :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u00c9diteur<\/strong>\u00a0: Adlice Software, c&#8217;est nous.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Logiciel<\/strong>\u00a0: Le programme logiciel que nous fournissons, sous forme compil\u00e9e.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-accent-background-color has-text-color has-background\">&nbsp; ACCORD<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce Contrat de Licence Utilisateur Final (&#8220;CLUF&#8221;) est un accord juridique entre vous (soit une personne physique, soit une entit\u00e9 unique) et Adlice Software (&#8220;\u00c9diteur&#8221;). Il couvre l&#8217;utilisation de notre Logiciel, qui comprend le programme logiciel et tous les mat\u00e9riels associ\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En installant, copiant ou utilisant le Logiciel, vous acceptez d&#8217;\u00eatre li\u00e9 par les termes de ce CLUF. Vous pouvez distribuer le Logiciel comme produit autonome ou l&#8217;inclure avec votre propre produit, tant qu&#8217;il n&#8217;est pas vendu s\u00e9par\u00e9ment, sauf s&#8217;il s&#8217;agit d&#8217;une licence de version Pro.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. AUTRES DROITS ET LIMITATIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Ing\u00e9nierie Inverse<\/strong>\u00a0: Vous ne pouvez pas proc\u00e9der \u00e0 l&#8217;ing\u00e9nierie inverse, d\u00e9compiler ou d\u00e9sassembler le Logiciel, sauf l\u00e0 o\u00f9 cela est express\u00e9ment permis par la loi applicable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mises \u00e0 Jour<\/strong>\u00a0: Les mises \u00e0 jour du Logiciel sont fournies gratuitement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Produit Unique<\/strong>\u00a0: Le Logiciel est conc\u00e9d\u00e9 sous licence en tant que produit unique. Ses composants ne peuvent pas \u00eatre s\u00e9par\u00e9s pour \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s sur plus d&#8217;un ordinateur.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Transfert<\/strong>\u00a0: Vous pouvez transf\u00e9rer de mani\u00e8re permanente tous vos droits sous ce CLUF, \u00e0 condition que le destinataire accepte ses termes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>R\u00e9siliation<\/strong>\u00a0: Si vous ne respectez pas les termes de ce CLUF, nous pouvons le r\u00e9silier. Chaque cl\u00e9 de licence peut autoriser l&#8217;utilisation du Logiciel sur plusieurs appareils, en fonction du nombre d&#8217;appareils attribu\u00e9s \u00e0 la cl\u00e9 de licence au moment de l&#8217;achat. Cela inclut les partitions mat\u00e9rielles et les machines virtuelles, qui sont consid\u00e9r\u00e9es comme des appareils distincts.
